Randy DeBarge’s Net Worth

With the success he had with his siblings in their musical career, Randy DeBarge has made a tidy amount for himself. It’s unknown whether he has another source of income so it is assumed that all his money comes from being a musician. He is said to be worth about $1. 5 million.

How Drug Use Has Affected Him

Randy DeBarge’s case isn’t much different from his brothers and sisters. Like them, he heavily abused drugs and alcohol and soon became addicted. According to his sister, Bunny, most of them did drugs to feel ‘among’ when they were much younger.

They also did drugs because they felt it was a coping mechanism for the callous self-interest of the cut-throat tactics of the music industry. In the mid-1990s, Randy DeBarge was fortunate to be able to find partial sobriety.

His mother later revealed that he suffers from an incurable disease which must have been one of his major motivations to sober up. In 2011, he appeared alongside James, Bunny, and her daughter on the show Lifechangers recounting his experience with substance abuse and the break down of his health.

He entered a rehabilitation program but left a few days later. He currently resides in California.
