Watch the reaction of Lionel Messi as Kylian Mbappe bumps into him during penalty row with Neymar in

Paris Saint-Germain have begun Ligue 1 with a bang, claiming two victories from two.

After seeing off Clermont Foot 5-0 on the opening day, the French champions beat Montpellier 5-2 at the Parc des Princes on Saturday.

Neymar was the star of the show for Christophe Galtier's side, with the forward netting twice, whilst putting in a great showing.

His first goal came from a cooly taken penalty on 43 minutes, but there was an element of controversy surrounding the spot-kick.

Twenty minutes before Neymar beat Jonas Omlin in the Montpellier goal, Kylian Mbappe missed a penalty when the scores were 0-0.

However, despite the fact he had missed previously, failing to covert from 12 yards, he was eager to have a second chance.

New footage has emerged of the latest 'penaltygate' saga at PSG and it should really concern those in power at the club.

Mbappe can be seen bumping into Lionel Messi, whilst making his way over to Neymar, and the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner didn't look pleased.

Mbappe's relationship with Neymar seems to have broken down in recent times, which will likely cause problems for Galtier.

According to Get French Football News, tensions have risen between the pair in the dressing room over the fact Neymar is aware of the reports detailing Mbappe's desire to have him sold.

The report claims Mbappe's camp believe there is only room for one of either Neymar or Messi.

Galtier may have to intervene to resolve the issue between both, to keep the squad morale high, especially given PSG are looking to get their hands on a first ever Champions League title this season.

Mbappe never looked at ease. His attitude, gesture and interactions in particular with both teammates Messi and Neymar were clear to see, signalling there must be problems.

Gaultier brushed off claims there are issues with Mbappe and the duo and claimed the player is just a winner.

“He's a competitor, he wants to be good, he wants to be good quickly. When he is at 100%, he will make the difference even more," the PSG boss said afterwards.

"These are players who like to score, who want to score, who attack... it's a bit normal that he is... no not disappointed, but a bit short physically compared to his partners."

Marco Veratti also shrugged off any claims there was friction with Mbappe and his fellow strike partners.

"Kylian is a player who always wants to do well. I think that with the missed penalty, he was sulking a bit but that's normal, he's a great player, he always wants to make a difference," he told reporters post-match.

"When he misses something, he's disappointed, that's normal. But afterwards he showed, already with the first goal on which he was decisive, then afterwards with his goal.

"But it's nice when he's angry because that means that he cares a lot about this team, that he wants to do well, that he wants to make a difference."
