Daisy starts her day by fueling up with a nutritious and protein packed meal. She might eat banana oat pancakes, which she makes with oats, banana, and protein powder, or avocado toast, with bread, cumin, turmeric salt, butter, avocado, arugula, and blood orange. Her next meal of the day? Two chicken tenders with one cup of rice and veggies.

Daisy allows herself to cheat, but only in small portions. One of her favorite indulgences? Cadbury mini eggs, which she describes as being "the best in the world," adding "I'm obsessed with them." After she eats a meal, she may treat herself to a fried banana for dessert.

Daisy also gets her protein in by making herself a protein shake. Her recipe? Vegan protein powder, almond milk, bananas, and blueberries. "For weight loss, choose shakes with no added sugars or dextrins/maltodextrins (sweeteners made from starch). Don't choose those with added branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), as they help promote muscle growth and weight gain," says the Cleveland Clinic.

Daisy has a trick that helps keep her cravings in check. "I'm trying to switch my sugar with protein," she revealed in her YouTube video. "It helps me with how I feel in the morning," she continued. "I don't wake up sluggish." She said that when she eats sugar at night she doesn't want to wear a crop top in the morning. "I love feeling like I'm in good shape and want to show off my body." Another trick? She simply reduces her calorie intake. "I eat just a little less, a healthy amount less."

What Daisy eats in a day usually changes by the week. "I'm the type of person who gets super bored, so I have to switch everything up," she explains.

In another YouTube video Daisy revealed that she wrote down her "to do" list to incorporate her desired "new habits and routines." She journals and manifests first thing in the morning, "like I am walking through it."

Daisy works out first thing in the morning. One of her most popular workouts is her "hourglass abs workout," which she demonstrates on her YouTube channel. She even has her own line of resistance bands for sale on her website. In it, she spends 10 minutes focused on the midsection, under 10 minutes. Each minute is devoted to a single exercise, starting with basic crunches, then bicycle kicks, jack knives, Russian twists, toe taps, bicycle crunches, scissor kicks, reverse crunches, and ending with butterfly kicks.
