Amber Heard flashes her sideboob at Magic Mike XXL's London premiere

The focus of her latest film is shirtless men, but the red carpet that supported its UK premiere was all about glamour as Magic Mike XXL launched in London on Tuesday evening. 

Seemingly keen to make a bold statement outside Odeon Leicester Square, Amber Heard caught the eye in a ravishing red dress, which both covered her up and allowed her to reveal much of her enviable figure.

The 29-year-old opted the stunning sleeveless scarlet item, complete with a billowing tiered design that served to showcase her athletic physique - and inadvertently revealed plenty of sideboob.

The actress wife of Johnny Depp allowed her naturally stunning features to shine by selecting her make-up from a natural colour palette, while her brunette locks were styled in an intricate plait-bun. 

In high spirits on a night dedicated to her latest film, Amber cheerfully acknowledged her fans by pausing for an obligatory round of selfies and autographs as she crossed the red carpet.

The plunging rear of her blood red gown revealed an arching back as she chatted to those who had waited for a glimpse of the stunner.

And, as she stepped, she also showed off her enviable long and lean legs, which she elongated further with an incredible pair of towering black platform heels.

As temperatures soared in the capital Amber appeared to dab at her perspiring brow with a damp towel before sipping from a bottle of mineral water. 

Despite looking and feeling a bit warm, she found it within herself to lark about on the red carpet with her co-star Jada Pinkett Smith.

The 43-year-old looked truly striking in a revealing little black dress, showing off her lean limbs for all to see.

She also showed off her sense of humour as she grabbed Amber for several pictures, hugging her tightly while also revealing the grand height difference between the two.

Amber, who plays the female lead in the sexy sequel, was of course joined on the night by hunky leading man Channing Tatum, who arrived looking dapper in a smart two-piece suit.  

The star, who is married to Jenna Dewan and is father to Everly, 2, told Time Out that the strict regime required to get in shape for the film, which follows a motley crew of male strippers on a road trip from Tampa to Myrtle Beach, Florida for a stripping convention, has left him avoiding the gym and seeking out snacks. 

He said: 'I have one enormous ab right now and it's not even hard. I love food and I love indulging.'

Jenna was on hand to support husband Channing, and she ensured her appearance at the event was a memorable one by sporting a heavily embellished white jumpsuit with kick-flare trousers. 

Joe Manganiello, another of the film's stars, also joined in the action - although the hunky actor with without his fiancée, actress Sofia Vergara.

Meanwhile co-star Matt Bomer arrived with his husband, publicist Simon Halls.

The swanky dinner soiree saw her continue to show off her eye-catching red dress as she shunned the idea of an outfit change, unlike her co-star Jada.

Meanwhile, the film premiere and her big red carpet moment came after Amber recently spoke out about her sexuality.

The actress opened up to The Times about trying to break away from the stigma of being bisexual in Hollywood, saying, 'I didn’t know of anyone else in my position who was a working female lead actress.

The first film was loosely based on Channing's own experiences as an 18-year-old stripper in Tampa, Florida.

Alex Pettyfer played the role of Adam, which was modeled after the young Channing, who at the time adopted the stage name Chan Crawford. 

The sequel sees the crew of male strippers reuniting for one last legendary performance.

It features original cast members Joe Manganiello and Matt Bomer, but also includes newcomers like Jada Pinkett Smith, Elizabeth Banks and Donald Glover. 

Magic Mike XXL is released on July 1 in the United States and July 3 in the United Kingdom.
